Knowing the difference between body hunger and brain hunger opens the door to understanding the nature of willpower and why so much of your failed attempts to manage your diet, emotional eating or muffin tops in the past has been attributed to your lack of willpower, or should I say, depleted willpower.
Willpower lives in the pre-frontal cortex of the brain and over time, with over use, becomes depleted with evidence showing physical damage (that fortunately can be repaired when you know how!). Vibrational Frequency of the Body
For years, science has been using vibrational energy to measure the density of the body through fMRI technology. We’ve also been able to see when a part of the body isn’t functioning in ‘harmony’ with its host and we can also see the changes when subjected to the three T’s….. Thoughts, Trauma and Toxins!
